  • Integration with desktop email or with the mobile clients is missing, which is much needed by the corporate executives as they are used to it. There is a lot of "change management" rather than the true "plug & play" functionalities.
  • Connectivity to mobiles could be crude and kludgy. So one needs to support mobile use cases with far more force and more attention than done previously.
  • Business-friendly administrative console/access is missing. Users would either be the "super users" or simply users.
  • No such capability for forms inside this emailing client. Many business processes need the emailing system for forms and other things like workflow etc. So they are only given the DIY frameworks rather than any actual and out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Ability to customize is very limited. The developers can surely try to build context gadgets as well as add-ons, but there is hardly any ability given for changing interfaces. Also, these capabilities a user cannot really choose; only an admin can!
